Responsibility for the management and delivery of several major projects (£500k plus) including the delivery of 50 bespoke lubricator systems designed for Crossrail.

Defining engineering specifications to successfully capture customer requirements and any other contractual requirements, in order to define success criteria.

Duties:

    • Leading projects from infancy, pre-production through to completion.
    • Delivery of concept design through to detailed design work, managing team members as required.

Senior Draughtsman, LB Foster Rail Technologies (UK) Ltd: 2013 - 2017

A skilled draughtsman with over 10 plus years’ experience working in 3D CAD with previous experience of numerous engineering sectors including the construction industry. The knowledge gained through this experience has been instrumental in driving forward the design office.

Duties:

    • Implementation of a 3D CAD system (Solidworks) which is used for all drawing, and validation of products ahead of manufacture.
    • Implementation of a document control system (Solidworks PDM) used to control revisions and ensures strict quality processes are followed.
