The DATES Lab focuses on the research and development of architecutre and design issues for intelligent systems, memory architectures, DFx (Design for Testability, Design for Debug, Design for Manufacturing and etc.), dependable/fault-tolerant computing, H/W security, and computer-aided designs for VLSI/SOC systems and emerging technologies.
