A REVOLUTIONARY INNOVATION

Having developed a long standing expertise in the cultivation and processing of micro algae for oils, we have created a new process designed specifically to utilize waste CO2 (especially from the coal fired "plant a week" plans the People's Republic of China are implememting to catch up to their overwhelming energy demands). At the same time it exploits microalgae in a way and under conditions that no one thought practical, until now. Altough we havr receive some interest from North American companiesl we continue seeking some response from a Chinese energy company to become our partner. A company which can recognize the value of this process that not only absorbs a substantial amount of the tremendous amounts of carbon dioxide produced in the burning of coal, but also results in huge quantities of both fuel and food within very little space (compared to algae cultivation methods of the past).

• Absorbs fossil carbon sources of carbondioxide
• Produces huge amounts of food (rich in protein) for humans, or animal feed and fish food.
• Produces an extract we know as "green crude" which can be refined into liquid fuels (especially jet fuel).

Because of the incredibly high output of this systerm it could finally make algae cultivation aimed at fuel production an economicqlly viable proposition.

We would be quite happy to take minority shareholder position provided protections exist to an ongoing,, long-term, consulting contract and a small equity position.
