Image Compressor
This is an offline, standalone program I built to reduce the size of images based on the users target size (KB). Images can be uploaded individually, or a folder can be selected containing the images. No need to install any software. Just download and unzip file, then run "image_size_reduce_gui.exe".
Should work on most images formats, although I have encountered issues with .tif extension.
Sorry, current version is only available for Windows.
