Web interface for identifying regions in the noncoding genome where sequence constraint co-localizes with tissue/cell type specific regulatory regions and scoring mutations/variants of interests.
The UCSC Genome Browser Track Hub (see “coloc segments” in track data hub http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgHubConnect) is provided to view the co-localized regulatory segments in the human genome assembly hg19 for 127 Roadmap cell types, with 127 Roadmap cell types information summarized as an online spreadsheet.
The track displays co-localized regions which have local fdr < 0.3 in black segments (see example here).
QDRS (Quantitative Disease Risk Score):
the package provides functions to calculate quantitative disease risk scores for a particular disease from Electronic Health Records.
lrspline (Low-rank approximated smoothing splines): in process
the package provides functions to calculate low-rank approximation of smoothing spline estimates with large dataset.
