HYPER-Z

To create photometric catalog use HYPER-Z sofware, create the objects catalog withtheir magnitudes (aperture or iso) with errors and names of the targets.

Change lines only those that have exlemation marks(!!)

In the filter file filters.param, be carefull here:

First column - is the nuber of the filter that can be found in the file filters.log on the LEFT side (first column), new filter can be added at the end of the file FILTER.RES and number of this new filter will be the last filter number +1

Third column - this is the limiting magnitude, it is extremly important to measure it properly, the easierst is to look at the catalog and check which magnitudes corresponds to 5 S/N for each filter

File spectra.param, this is a spectras tamplate file, for big catalog use all the template, for only high-z candidates you might want to use only spiral galaxies
