Training

Training

At least for heart strength training purposes, short high intensity training, keeping your heart rate close to your maximal heart rate, should be better, and certainly more efficient, than long low intensity training. [????] (For off-topic general health pointers, train progressively. Maybe do some strength training for a couple of minutes each day: jumps, (dynamic) planks, push-ups or chins for example. Try to train so that each repetition is hard and heavy, with high intensity. Also consider standing in front of the computer instead of sitting. Do some stretching if needed. Cycle, run or walk for transport, also longer distances, and also for frugal and environmental reasons.)
