Welcome to my page.

I am an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Groningen with research interests in empirical banking, international finance, monetary policy, and climate finance. 

In most of my research, I study the effects of cross-border capital flows and (non-conventional) monetary policy on macro-financial outcomes, focusing on the transmission through banks, firms, and households. I am also interested in the international spillovers of climate and biodiversity risks via global investment funds.
