Daniel Schwindt
I am currently a 1st year Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland. Prior to beginning my Ph.D. studies I worked in Market Risk on Wall Street. My main areas of interest are Economic research, applying mathematical models to real world scenarios, and regulatory stress testing. I enjoy solving complex problems and learning and developing new analytic skills. Based on my experiences at the Federal Reserve, I am highly interested in research topics in international trade, macroeconomics, development, and political economy.
