Past Conventions I've dealed at:
-Further Confusion 2025, Artist Alley at the San José Convention Center, CA
My return to the FC artist alley after 4 years! I only had a table for one day on January 19th, but it was still fun and I was glad to be back at a larger con! I got an iPad for Christmas, so I was open for both traditionally drawn commissions and digital commissions drawn on my iPad. I only had half a table, so that's why I only have one stack of racks set up and not two like at PAW Con 2024.
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2024, at the Doubletree Hotel, San José CA
Due to the covid pandemic in 2020, many conventions were shut down. PAW Con closed in 2020 and re-opened in 2021. However, I didn't return to the con until 2024, its tenth anniversary. I was very glad to come back after five years! One of my goals was to step up my presentation. The first thing I did was make new sheets showing off my commission prices and examples of my merchandise, and I tried to be better organized by having separate sheets showing off the prints and Cafe Press buttons I had avalible. Next, I designed and ordered a table runner from online that would display my characters and social media to look more professional and make my table stand out better. I also started offering Perler bead badge commissions, a new type of commission to apply my developing pixel art skills. I had a very wonderful time having a dealer table again and I plan to do more conventions and continue growing as an artist and vendor.
-Further Confusion 2020, Artist Alley at the San José Convention Center, CA
I was in the artist alley for Friday, January 17th. It was only for one day but I still had a lot of fun selling art at my table!
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2019, at the Doubletree Hotel, San José CA
My fifth time at Pacific Anthro Weekend! I missed attending 2018, but I made sure to remember to make it to 2019! I designed some new buttons thru Cafe Press to sell, and I'll be making more to sell at my next con!
-Further Confusion 2018, Artist Alley at the San José Convention Center, CA
My third time in the artist alley at FC! Feels good to return here again and meet so many people both old and new.
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2017, at the Doubletree Hotel, San José CA
My fourth time at Pacific Anthro Weekend! The convention is starting to grow more, so there were more artists around in the dealer room. Glad to see this con become more popular as time goes on, and I'm glad to have been a dealer each year so far.
-Further Confusion 2017, Artist Alley at the San José Convention Center, CA
My second time at FC! This time I've set up some racks to show my art off instead of just having them on the table.
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2016, at the Doubletree Hotel, San José CA
My third time at Pacific Anthro Weekend! This convention is still small, however it's slowly but surely starting to grow and had a few more artists in the dealer room than last year. I was glad to be part of the convention once again and do art commissions for visitors.
-BLFC 2016, Dealer Den table at the Grand Sierra Resort, Reno NV
My first time at this convention was also my first time dealing here! BLFC is a fan convention that began in 2013 and is growing very quickly (it's attendance was slightly higher than FC in 2016, a convention that has been around since 1999). I'm glad I got the chance to do business here! Whichever convention I do next, I would like to focusing on improving my organization, such as putting up racks that display my prints and other items rather than just laying them on the table.
-Further Confusion 2016, Marketplace table at the San José Convention Center, CA
First time at Further Confusion! I brought back some things from Pacific Anthro Weekend from November, and introduced pins with my characters on them. This was a much larger convention and I had a lot of fun. Just a note, the "marketplace" section of Further Confusion would be renamed the "artist alley" starting in 2017. They're just two different names for the same thing.
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2015, at the Doubletree Hotel, San José CA
It was fun being a returning dealer here and meeting old and new friends! I brought several new prints, and opened for traditional badge commissions.
-Pacific Anthropamorphics Weekend 2014, at the San José Airport Garden Hotel, CA
I had my own table at this convention where I did sketch commissions for visitors. I had a lot of fun and I hope I can do more in the future!
