Two dolphins rise straight up out of the sea

Spiraling into a momentary kiss;

A gull screams;

The hot pink orange sun blazes

Above the horizon.

Then, all is calm again-

The sun having always been.

The gulls cry, a sigh fading inland,

Along an eastern wind.

And dolphins, routinely, swim by.
