January 2020: Sheffield Council is recognizing our and the Sheffield Microrobotics Lab's work on ingestible and in-the-body robots for tissue repair, and support for child health technology.
July 2019: An editorial by Prof Michiko Watanabe in the Birth Defects Research Journal mentions our work on regenerative robotics: "These ... ingenious devices combine the knowledge of cell and tissue regeneration in vitro and in vivo, robotics, material science, and sensors. The current advancements provide a unifying platform for more personalized and long‐term therapies that can transform the lives of patients with birth defects."
