Short bio

I am the Co-founder of Ethertify, a startup company aimed at building an open and decentralized certification platform on top of Ethereum and IPFS.

Before, I was a post-doctoral researcher in the MYRIADS research group, a joined team between IRISA (Institut de recherche en informatique et systèmes aléatoires) and Inria. My position is founded by the University of Rennes though the HARNESS European project.

I received my Ph. D. degree in computer science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain) in 2010 in the Distributed systems Lab (LSD) under the supervision of by Marta Patiño-Martínez, co-director of the laboratory. My thesis was founded by Microsoft Research Cambridge under the European PhD Scholarship Programme. After defending my PhD thesis, I spent two years as a post-doctoral researcher in the SARDES project, part of Inria and LIG (Laboratoire d'Informatique de Grenoble) in Grenoble, France and two years in the ERODS research group, founded by the University of Grenoble I - UJF. My research focused in designing and developing cloud services that are able to provide improved Quality-of-Service (QoS) guarantees.
