Cover with foil & let the meat rest for 5 minutes, 10 minutes is better (This allows the natural juices to redistribute throughout your steak or burger)
Ground beef, stew meat, and minute steaks are in approximately 1 lb packages. Steaks are individually wrapped. Roasts are 3 to 4 lbs.
