1999 - 2006 Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Kragujevac - Research assistant
My first employment was on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac as research assistant. During my faculty engagement, I was holding classes in following subjects:
Non linear Systems of Automatic Control,
Measuring Systems and Techniques,
Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering with Electronics.
I was also engaged in next projects:
Development of components and systems of engines and vehicles,
The real problems of mechanics,
Management of solid waste.
The first two projects were sponsored by Serbian Ministry of science, technologies and development. As a result of these projects several publications were published, and they are mentioned in separate section.
2002 - 2003 AlefBrain, Kragujevac - Web programmer
Simultaneously with my work on faculty, I started to work as freelance developer. My first serious engagement as freelance developer was in AlefBrain company at the position of Web programmer. I was engaged on several projects, and I mention few of them here:

2003 - present Softserbia, Kragujevac - Chief Technical Officer
In the time while I was working on faculty, together with my college from local University, I founded Softserbia. It was one of the first outsourcing companies in Serbia at that time. After few years of work on two fronts, I decided to leave faculty and to start working full time in Softserbia.
As Chief Technical Officer I work:
on exploring and implementing of new technologies,
on education of team members,
on developing and implementing of new methodologies that team members use in their work,
as consultant on most of our projects.
