A course on all commodities: ags, metals, petroleum, power, and related commodities like emissions and freight. The course is biased toward exchange-based markets (Chicago, natch); however, I have added in some off-exchange material. I also go into more depth on spreads than is typical. (I'm not sure why spreads are so ignored; they have very nice statistical and economic properties.) When I created this, there was no comprehensive commodities course in Chicago (quelle horreur!) or the US.
