I am an associate professor in the department of political science at Texas Tech University. I earned my B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (2005) and Ph.D. at Pennsylvania State University (2013). My research interests include interstate conflict and security, as well as the linkages between domestic politics and international political economy.
