THE SOLAR POWERED WORKSHOP
A large photo-voltaic panel array and a net metering system create more than enough electricity for my home and shop. The solar-powered shop creates an atmosphere for both hand and power tool use, which is a necessary combination in building fine furniture, as making fine furniture requires fine tools. My family and I are proud to say that all of our electrical needs are met by this solar-electrical system that we have installed. This is an added bonus of doing business with Daddy's Workshop of the Carolinas.

Energy consumption is a growing concern. It just makes sense to do what we can to be responsible stewards of the natural environment. In our case, in the sunny south, the perfect solution was a properly sized photo-voltaic array installed on our properly oriented roof. It has been a perfect solution for our home/shop setup.
