Trek Project One

With the 'Trek Project One' range you can customise your bike to your personal specification, including the group set, the wheels, all the components and even the colour and paint scheme. Trek Project one bikes include Domane, Madone, Speed Concept and Checkmate, or take your dream to the trail with Supercaliber, Fuel or Fuel +.

First we start with a sizing fit to make sure you choose not only the correct size, but significantly in the correct model. Most recognise just how vital the correct sizing choice is, but, the actual model plays a part in the sum of those parts; it would be folly to buy the race focused Madone if what you actually need is the more compliant bike fit offered by the Domane for example. What you don't want is to look back and wish you had bought a different model in a different size, sadly that's something we often hear, but that's exactly where there is value in having a sizing fit; it'll tick both of those boxes in one go for you.

Paul has been in the in the cycle trade for 40 years and especially when it comes to bike fitting 'experience' is something you just can't buy. We are passionate about the correct bike fit and tailoring your riding position to the type of riding personal to you, we discuss both your goals and on the bike issues as both greatly influence the 'fit' and help with product choice of course. 

We can use either your current favourite bike or our custom fitting jig for the fitting to obtain the relevant contact points for your new bike; all combine to help choose a 'Trek Project one' in the perfect size, in the perfect specification, in the perfect colour; just for you. The sizing fit costs £75.00 although note this is refunded if you then buy the bike from us; in addition we will 'fit' you to your new bike on collection. Note if you are still at the 'just thinking about it' stage the £75.00 would be refunded should you later place the order with us, so there's no need to make a decision on the day.

After the model and size has been chosen, we can then gradually start to personalise the bike in every way. There are literally thousands of colours that you can match to a variety of design schemes, from boldly simple to outrageously cool, all are brought to impeccable life by the best artists in the business. In this example as you can see the picture above has black Logos and tyre walls, where as the picture below shows that it later evolved to blue Logos and white wall tyres. As the specification changes so does the visual and price, you can literally see what your new bike will look like and cost.

You can specify many details to your liking, from frameset, wheelset and group to saddle, crank lengths, gear ratios, a variety of bars and stems; all in the sizes needed. For this Madone SLR Project One we have specified a SRAM Red AXS E1 2x Groupset, Bontrager Aeolus RSL 51, Trek Aeolus RSL AirLoom 145mm Saddle and Trek RSL Integrated Bar/Stem.

Directions:

By Car: The store is a about eleven minutes drive from junction 8 of the M25, although note you can't drive to our door as Station Road is a pedestrian-designated zone. There are quite a few Car Parks that service the town, one of the closest is Sainsbury's, although for convenience many prefer Gloucester Rd Car Park which also has no height restriction; click for Tarrif. There is free parking in side roads on the outskirt of town but that can add quite a bit time to the walk to the store; not to mention you can drive around for an eternity trying to find a space! As the car park tarrifs are reasonably priced most park in one of those. 

By train: Redhill station is on the main line between London, Gatwick and Brighton. We are conveniently located within view and a short distance from the station. Head out of the station main exit, cross over the road past McDonalds (opposite station) we are 20 meters further down the road on the left hand side. View train times:
