About Our Solidworks User Group

Our members have a variety of backgrounds, professions, and versions of SolidWorks. There are no fees and we are happy to have new guests. All you need is an interest in CAD, PDM, or SolidWorks. Participants present or discuss topics they are familiar with, or that they want to explore. A Charlottesville SWUG meeting is a networking and educational opportunity, and we provide snacks.

The name changed to "Charlottesville" because "Central Virginia" SWUG lapsed, and a new registration was created in 2024. CVSWUG was started about 20 years ago.
