Fall 2016 13U Baseball League Rules
Unless specified here, we will be following the tournament little league Juniors rules (The regular season little league rules are not available online so we will follow the little league tournaments rules which are essentially the same as far as game play goes.)

Take a look at the baseball rules difference and commonly misunderstood rules for a quick summary.
Here are some of the rules that may be different and supersede the little league rules:
- A pitcher can pitch no more than 3 innings per game. Pitch counts will not apply.
- There will be one warning for a balk per pitcher. After the warning balks will be enforced if there is clear intent.
- Head first slides are allowed.
- Bats must be drop 3 BBCOR certified.
- Metal spikes are allowed.
- NO slash bunts.
- A substitute runner may be used for the Catcher when there are 2 outs. The runner must be the last player to make an out.
- The home team is responsible for arranging an umpire and reporting the official score to the commissioner. The visiting team pays the umpire fee. The ruling of the on-site umpire is final. There will be no changes to outcomes following a completed game. No protests will be entertained.
- Standings are based on W-L record. Tie breakers will be based on head-to-head record then runs against.
- Home team provides game balls.
- Home team occupies the 1st base dugout.
