Ohio Person In Charge

If you passed your ServSafe Manager test, you do NOT need to do this. Juniors, this is not open to you at this time.

2022 Seniors. If you are planning on getting your Ohio Person in Charge Certificate you must complete ALL reviews with at least a 75%. ( am working on making Reviews for Ch 4,5,6,7 a the moment) This is the same material as ServSafe Manager, just not as detailed.

You may use your ServeSafe Manager book.

You should use the Powerpoints for each Review.

There is no test. Just complete the reviews with a 75% on each.

Also, Chef must sign off on your Certificate. You must be displaying consistent Food Safety in Lab at a Person In Charge Level.
