Cuestionados – League of Quiz: Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cuestionados – League of Quiz app ("the app", "we") on Android and iOS. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Who we are

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country; 14 in Spain).

• Keep your recovery code private: anyone with your player ID and code can access your account.

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players

The app includes content created by players: nicknames, profile phrases, chat messages and the questions sent to the Question Factory. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post or send anything that:

• insults, harasses, bullies or threatens other players;

• is hateful or discriminatory (because of origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other reason);

• is sexual, pornographic or violent;

• promotes illegal activities, drugs or self-harm;

• impersonates other people or contains other people's personal data;

• is spam, advertising or links to other services;

• infringes the rights of others (for example, copyright).

You must not cheat, use automated tools or exploit bugs to gain an advantage.

Filtering, reporting and blocking

• The app automatically hides offensive words in the chat messages you receive. The filter is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings → Chat.

• You can block any player from the chat; you will no longer receive their messages.

• You can report a player by emailing cuestionados.loq@gmail.com (also from the side menu → Support) with their player ID or nickname and the reason.

• We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these terms, we remove it and take appropriate action, which may include closing the account of the player who posted it.

The filter uses word lists adapted from the "List of Dirty, Naughty, Obscene, and Otherwise Bad Words" by Shutterstock (https://github.com/LDNOOBW/List-of-Dirty-Naughty-Obscene-and-Otherwise-Bad-Words), licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). We have selected and changed the words.

Content you create

You are responsible for what you post. You keep your rights to it, but you allow us to show it in the app (for example, your nickname in rankings or your questions in games) for as long as it is part of the game. Questions sent to the Question Factory are checked before they are used and may be edited or rejected.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads. See the privacy policy for how ads use your information.

Suspension and closing of accounts

We may suspend or close an account, and remove its content, if it breaks these terms, with or without notice. You can stop using the app at any time.

The app is provided "as is"

We do our best to keep the game running, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by using or not being able to use the app.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. If you keep using the app, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Cuestionados – League of Quiz: Términos de uso

Estos términos se aplican a la app Cuestionados – League of Quiz ("la app", "nosotros") en Android e iOS. Al crear una cuenta o jugar, los aceptas. Si no los aceptas, no uses la app.

Quiénes somos

Tu cuenta

• Debes tener al menos 13 años (o la edad mínima de tu país; 14 en España).

• Guarda en privado tu código de recuperación: cualquiera con tu ID de jugador y tu código puede entrar en tu cuenta.

• Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras en Ajustes → Borrar cuenta.

Tolerancia cero con el contenido ofensivo y los jugadores abusivos

La app incluye contenido creado por los jugadores: apodos, frases del perfil, mensajes del chat y las preguntas que se envían a la Fábrica de preguntas. No toleramos el contenido ofensivo ni los comportamientos abusivos. No puedes publicar ni enviar nada que:

• insulte, acose, intimide o amenace a otros jugadores;

• incite al odio o discrimine (por origen, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, discapacidad o cualquier otro motivo);

• sea sexual, pornográfico o violento;

• promueva actividades ilegales, drogas o autolesiones;

• suplante a otras personas o contenga datos personales de otros;

• sea spam, publicidad o enlaces a otros servicios;

• vulnere derechos de otros (por ejemplo, derechos de autor).

No puedes hacer trampas, usar herramientas automáticas ni aprovechar fallos para sacar ventaja.

Filtro, denuncias y bloqueos

• La app oculta automáticamente las palabras ofensivas de los mensajes del chat que recibes. El filtro viene activado; puedes desactivarlo en Ajustes → Chat.

• Puedes bloquear a cualquier jugador desde el chat; dejarás de recibir sus mensajes.

• Puedes denunciar a un jugador escribiendo a cuestionados.loq@gmail.com (también desde el menú lateral → Contacto) con su ID de jugador o su apodo y el motivo.

• Revisamos las denuncias en un plazo de 24 horas. Si el contenido incumple estos términos, lo retiramos y tomamos las medidas oportunas, que pueden incluir el cierre de la cuenta del jugador que lo publicó.

El contenido que creas

Eres responsable de lo que publicas. Sigue siendo tuyo, pero nos permites mostrarlo en la app (por ejemplo, tu apodo en las clasificaciones o tus preguntas en las partidas) mientras forme parte del juego. Las preguntas enviadas a la Fábrica se revisan antes de usarse y pueden editarse o rechazarse.

Anuncios

La app es gratuita y muestra anuncios. Consulta la política de privacidad para saber cómo usan tu información.

Suspensión y cierre de cuentas

Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta, y retirar su contenido, si incumple estos términos, con o sin previo aviso. Puedes dejar de usar la app cuando quieras.

La app se ofrece "tal cual"

Hacemos lo posible para que el juego funcione, pero no podemos garantizar que esté siempre disponible o libre de errores, y podemos cambiar o retirar funciones. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de los perjuicios causados por usar la app o no poder usarla.

Cambios

Si cambiamos estos términos, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de arriba. Si sigues usando la app, aceptas los nuevos términos.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española, sin perjuicio de los derechos que tengas como consumidor según la ley de tu país.
