Nihar Ranjan Roy obtained his B.E from Biju Patnaik University of Technology,Orissa formally called Utkal University. Just after B.E he started his career in academics.He obtained his M.Tech degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University,Kashmere Gate, Delhi.Currently he is a Ph.D scholor in University School of Information & Communication Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashta University, Dwarka.
