Timelines for the Foundation

January - Statements 

February - Patron Drive Begins

March - Patron Drive continues and Annual Board Meeting

March/April/May - LOAN application available March 1st and applications are due June 1st and Update Status Forms due June 1st

May/June - Interviews for *new* loan applicants with eligible co-signers (scheduled with the applicants) 

June - Loans newly granted and/or renewed are processed

July - Bi-annual interest applied to unpaid account balance

August - Full time college schedules verified - payout for loans granted (if payout did not occur in June or July)

September - 

October - Alumni Drive 

November - 

December - Bi-annual interest applied to unpaid account balance and SCHOLARSHIP Application Available at the Canton South High School Student Services website - Scholarships due March 1st as part of the common application process.
