BIO
I am currently an Associate Professor at School of Cyber Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen Campus). Before joining SYSU, I was an Associate Professor in Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, The University of Hong Kong in 2016, supervised by Prof. Nikos Mamoulis and Prof. David Wai-lok Cheung. I was a research associate at Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and collaborate with Prof. Wenjie Li during 2016-2017.
About my surname: due to the change of 吕 symbol (from Lu to Lyu) in the China Passport system.
