Nuclei consists of seven bronze sculptures. The forms evoke archetypal structures in physics, biology, anatomy, and astronomy. These spherical forms are present in life networks, such as cells and seeds. The artwork expresses growth, transformation, and the universal cycles of energy and matter. The sculptures invite human engagement by providing a place to rest, integrated within these cycles.
Nuclei was commissioned by Lark Group Ltd. for the Health and Technology District in City-Centre 3, Surrey.
