Engine:
Change oil and filter
Inspect oil lines and tank vent lines for kinks or leaks
Inspect air filter, pre-cleaner, and breather filter (replace as needed)
Inspect carburetor air intake ducts/flange for proper sealing/air leaks
Replace fuel filter; inspect fuel cap, lines, pump, and carburetor for cracks, leaks, or kinks (repair/replace as needed)
Check fasteners and motor mounts
Electrical
Replace spark plug; check ignition timing
Battery: clean terminals, check fluid level, charge battery
Check switches (headlamp, brake, key, etc.) for proper operation
Verify brake and throttle controls move freely
Chassis
Sharpen and balance blades; scrape deck
General lubrication: check front hub bearings, grease chassis
Transmission/Gear Case: check fluid, check shift adjustments, check for leaks
Drive belt: inspect, adjust, and lubricate
Brakes: check brake pad wear, and lever travel (repair/replace as needed)
