Crossways Community Cafe is proud to serve Stephenson's Brew coffee, loose leaf tea and hot chocolate!
Stephenson's Brew was started by Ryan and Emily after Ryan's mum, Sandra, suddenly passed away from pulmonary fibrosis in 2023. Only a few weeks later Sandra's brother, Ian, also shockenly passed away from the same condition. Pulmonary fibrosis is very under researched and often affects more than one member of a family. To raise awareness of the condition and to honour both Sandra and Ian, Ryan and Emily set up Stephenson's Brew.
Stephenson's Brew is not only delicious, it is ethical too!
The sources used for their beans pay the farmers right. This means that a lot of the beans come from farms that pay the pickers by the hour, not just by the bag as in some farms. This enables the picker and farmers to earn a good wage and be paid fairly.
Their packaging is also fully recyclable!
Come and join us at Crossways for a free (donations welcome) drink and a light lunch. A warm smile and some company also included!
