Chicken and Biscuits

½ cup celery, diced (optional)

½ cup onion, diced (optional)

10¾-oz can cream of chicken soup

10¾-oz can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

8-oz pkg of cream cheese

1 cup cottage cheese, small curd

3-4 cups chicken, cooked & cut up

8-oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

2 packets Bisquick biscuit mix

1. Steam celery & onion until soft. Add soups & milk, mix well. Add cheeses. Heat until cream cheese melts. Add chicken and vegetables.

2. Pour mixture into 12-inch Dutch oven. Mix biscuits according to package directions. Drop biscuits over chicken mixture.

3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until chicken mixture is hot and biscuits are browned.
