Coach Coach E brought his coaching experience to Crosby to reignite the Bulldogs. Coach E has been the head coach at CHS since the 2012-2013 season. His past coaching experience includes assisting at Central Connecticut State University at the NCAA Division I level under Bill Ball and Cheshire High School assisting Fran Connolly. He has also coached lacrosse and weight training. 

As a swimmer Coach E has achieved high school All-Area, All-Conference, All-State, and State Championship accolades. As a college swimmer Coach E earned Team Academic All-America while swimming for CCSU in 2002 and both All-America and Academic All-America while swimming for the Southern Connecticut State University Owls in 2005. Coach E has competed and continues to compete in triathlons of various distances.

Coach O'Toole

Coach O brought his passion for competition to Waterbury in Swimming and Softball.  With Coach E since the beginning in 2012, Coach O'Toole continues to develop younger swimmers and divers as the Head Coach for the Wallace Middle School Lions.  Mr. O'Toole was a varsity letter winner in high school in soccer and lacrosse and is a proud graduate of Central Connecticut State University.  Mr. O'Toole can be found in his history classroom up the hill when he's not on deck or in the water challenging the athletes.
