I am a Beatriz Galindo Distinguished Senior Research at the Department of Economic Analysis of the Universitat de València, Spain. Previously, I was a Group Manager and Principal Economist at the Macroeconomic and Quantitative Studies Section in the Division of Research and Statistics at the Federal Reserve Board and an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of Rutgers University. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. My fields of interest are macroeconomics and applied econometrics.
I am currently serving as an Associate Editor at the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking. Previously, I served as an Associate Editor at SERIEs, the Journal of the Spanish Economic Association
