Heavy snow

Pounding steadily past my window

Creating an ADD epidemic in my classroom

Although the snowflakes melt as soon as they hit the sidewalk

I sigh

Knowing my lesson has fused

With the snowflakes

Spiraling down

Melting

Into a

Shallow

Brown

Puddle
