These tombstones have been removed from their original grave site and moved to locations along the fence rows on the west and north sides of the Stone Church Cemetery. The numbering system for these "relocated stones" is based on a cemetery transcription done in 1983 by Joan Buxton, assisted by Timothy Moreau and Paul Dulmage, under the aegis of the Ontario Genealogical Society. Many of the tombstones transcribed in 1983 appear to be missing in 2018 while the remaining ones have virtually all been damaged or neglected to some extent and are lying flat on the ground, often overgrown with weeds and branches. The 1983 transcription is available from the Quinte Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society.
