David Oldham MA

David is a highly qualified and experienced occupational health counsellor, having worked both within the NHS and for private occupational health providers. He has also worked for many years with clients in areas such as addictions, bereavement, palliative care as a Macmillan counsellor and many general presenting issues such as anxiety and depression, confidence and self esteem. He has studied a variety of different counselling approaches and with a deep interest in neuroscience has researched how this can effect the theoretical and practical approaches to counselling. He is also an international teacher of mindful meditation, compassion and self compassion practices and runs day, weekend and week long retreats at a variety of venues.


Victoria Moore

Victoria is a highly experienced professional Counsellor, providing Counselling since 2004. Working with public and private sector agencies, such as Occupational Health providers, The 3 Emergency Services, Local and National Government, Schools, Universities and Charities. Her expertise ranges from working with clients experiencing anxiety, stress and depression to panic attacks, bereavement, loss, chronic illness, life limiting illness, bullying, grievances at work, relationship issues, life changes, empowerment, and wellbeing and resilience building.

Alongside Occupational health counselling, Victoria also runs a successful private practice.

With her foundation in Person Centred she is also trained in CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy), Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and is a qualified Breathworks coach. She is also trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM, ICISF).

Victoria works with clients at her office in Liverpool City Centre however she is also trained to carry out sessions remotely (Telephone or Video) and provides sessions for agencies across the country. She is also a qualified Walk and Talk therapist for when sessions out in Nature would provide greater therapeutic benefit. She provides workshops on Breath work, Mindfulness and facilitates Mediation sessions.
