Visit of Rt.Rev. Dr K G Daniel
(Bishop of the East Kerala Diocese of the Church of South India)
The honourable bishop visited our office along with Dr Betty Elizabeth Daniel and Rev Jacob Antony. Our Co-ordinator Mr Biju P John and his team members had a meaningful discusion with the bishop regarding COSTFORD's ecofriendly building construction technology. The bishop appreciated the work being undertaken by COSTFORD to construct cost-effective homes for economically weaker sections.

PARPPIDOM exhibition 2013
PARPPIDOM is an exhibition being conducted annually in various cities by the Malayala Manorama Group. COSTFORD-Kottayam has participated at the Kottayam pavilion exhibition held on 16-18 February, 2013.
TRAINING WORKSHOP
Date: 10 - 25, August 2012
Venue: Costford Kottayam office and project sites
Participants: Final year Civil Engineering Diplomastudents of Govt. Polytechnic college, Nattakom, Kottayam
The 15 participants of the workshop interacted with the engineers of Costford Kottayam, and made site visits to study various principles and technologies used at various stages of construction in our projects.
The major sites visited by the participants include the school building with classrooms & car park project at Pallikoodam,Kottayam(ongoing),Tropical Institute of Ecological Science
Campus(TIES)Velloor,Kottayam(completed), residence building under construction at Erumely, Kottayam and a house project at Erumely.
They all have attended classes on Technologies and Principles of COSTFORD at the COSTFORD Kottayam office. The participants have also attended a seminar on Ecological studies and Environmental Science at TIES, Velloor,Kottaym. The latter session was jointly organized by COSTFORD & TIES.
