CSA PTA Membership Form
CSA PTA is excited to announce that both your annual membership application & dues payment are all electronic! Just click the "Membership Link" button below to get started!
You will need to create a MemberHub account - it's quick, easy, and you only have to set it up the first year you join!
Your $10 Annual Dues goes straight to our parent organizations (Colorado & National PTA) to cover much of the business-end of our organization (e.g. administration fees, tax-related duties, etc.) - So you also have the option to add a Donation, which goes straight to CSA PTA!

Once you have become a member, you will be able to receive emails with updates from the PTA directly, access the PTA monthly calendar, learn about upcoming volunteer opportunites, and be able to connect with other PTA members.
If you prefer to fill-out a paper application and submit a check, you are still welcome to do so! You can download, print & compete the form below (English/Spanish), then either send with your student or send to the mailing address on the form! Please print clearly.
