Google Form will be closed on June 8 at midnight.  Depending on number of participants, google form may be closed sooner.

If you are having problems with google forms, please

If mailing a registration form,  please postmark by June 1 and contact Garrett to reserve your spot.

Please download and bring the parental release form to camp.

Payment will be collected the day of camp.  All checks payable to Garrett Middleton.

Javelin - 3:15pm - 5:30pm
