Cooper Motorcycles was founded in 1961 by World Record holder Freddie Cooper. Freddie later became the first official person in the United Kingdom to break the 200MPH barrier on his twin engine motorcycle "Cyclotron",
Freddie specialized in engine tuning, crankshaft balancing and magneto repairs
Freddie's son Stuart took over the business a short while ago after a short sabbatical.
Stuart who has been brought up with motorcycles and raced various machines decided to change the direction of the business and concentrate on custom bike builds.
These include show winning Custom Choppers to Cafe Racers with future projects to include Harley Scramblers and Harley engine Trikes
.
The latest creation from Stuart currently on show at the London Excel center is a Norton Aprilia Cafe Racer. This is a mix of old school with a modern twist.
