All outlet fabrics and products can be purchased directly from their respected companies by you the consumer. All fabrics purchased directly on your own are known as C.O.M. Outlet sources regardless of their association with Cooke Furniture Design will be charged an additional $25.00 per yard cutting fee or 20% of the labor price which ever is greater.
Scheduled appointment may be canceled 24 hours or more prior to the agreed upon time. All scheduled appointments that are not canceled and we arrive at your home or business and you are not available will be assessed a $95.00 no show charge which you agree to pay to Cooke Furniture Design.
