This seminar will provide students and scholars with an opportunity to discuss ongoing research in the economic theories of contracts and their applications (in a broad sense). Participants will present their work in progress or a survey on existing literature, and then take questions from the audience.
Presentation may be in English contingent on the audience.

主として，契約理論の基礎理論の発展と内部労働組織，産業組織，企業金融，規制産業，政府組織，マクロ経済学，会計制度などにおける契約理論の応用をテーマに研究会をおこなっています．理論･実証どちらの研究も対象になります．また，契約理論だけでなく，関連する応用ミクロの幅広い研究を歓迎します．現在の参加者は，日本全国から集まっています．
