OK, so it's not a Contax or a Yashica but it is up for sale.
New seals fitted and film tested. All works properly. A nice camera. Lens has a small amount of dust but nothing to affect the results.
This is the, rare-to-find, Yashica Mimy-S, not to be confused with the earlier Mimy which is much more common.
The Mimy-S is a 35mm half-frame camera. It has, unusually, the film advance knob on the bottom of the camera but this makes it very quick to use as it's possible to advance the film without taking it from your eye. Exposure control is fully automatic with manual aperture selection for flash use. The lens is a 28mm f/2.8, manually focused, Yashinon.
This example has been in my personal collection for a few years. It has been serviced and film tested and is fully working. The camera comes with the original lens cap, leather case and user manual.
Glass has some dust but otherwise seems clear. Aperture snappy and focus smooth. Sold without warranty but as I don't have any body to test this on I will accept returns if found to be defective.
Make me an offer.
I always have 139 bodies available but usually don't service them in preparation for sale until I get an enquiry. If you are looking for a 139 please contact me to find out what I have.
All bodies are dismantled and go through a full service prior to selling. Prices vary depending on age and condition.
