Our Company

Over 25 years ago, Peb R. Conrad founded The Tax Offices of Conrad & Associates following association with a partnership founded in 1984. From 1980 to 1984, Peb was a Tax Preparer and Manager for a statewide tax firm. Peb's experience with taxes began in 1972 when he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Los Angeles, California. During his 7 1/2 year period of employment with the IRS, he was with the collection, audit and pension trust divisions.

As a former IRS Revenue Agent, he has been able to provide his clients with an insightful and knowledgeable view of the IRS in preparing tax returns, consultations, and assisting with audits and collection representation.

Peb resides in Torrance, California and has been married to his bride, Kathy, for 50 years. They have two sons and one daughter, three grandsons and three granddaughters.

Peb is an Enrolled Agent (E.A.).
