The Charrelles represent the Poms Team of James B. Conant High School. There are two squads: Varsity and Junior Varsity. Membership for Varsity and JV is open to any freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior who qualifies through tryouts. Charrelles is broken up into 2 separate seasons, Football Spirit season and Competitive Dance/Basketball season.

Tryouts for Varsity and JV Football Season is in April. The tryout in April is open to any incoming freshman, current sophomores, or current juniors. Another tryout will be held in August for any incoming freshman that missed the tryout in April and transfer students. Selection from the August tryout can be considered for Varsity or JV.

Football season begins with summer practices/camps and concludes in early October. Competitive Dance/Basketball Season Tryouts are in October and concludes typically ending in February.

Charrelles uphold pride not only in themselves and their squad, but in their school too.
