As usual, I'm pleased to announce that,Another New Duel: Book Vs Experience II
The Winner of this Duel is again and again: Book!Congrats to all Authors and keep up the good work!!
Some Notes,After some bad experience with recent Duel competition: DetailsI've decided to organize a new tour, but this time via ProteusSFAnd instead of 1200, I realized to be played 600 games (in total)The main reason, nowadays I have no much free time for chessAnyhow I think that 600 games can be counted as not bad data
To be more clear, in short,Current played conditions are almost same as recent Duel: ResultsException, ProteusSF.exp played by ProteusSF RBE 008b BMI2Before, ProtesusSF.exp's modified date 03.06.2022 after the Duel:07.07.2022, plus ProteusSF.experience's total size is increased tooThat means, ProteusSF.exp was active / learning during the DuelAnd as in previous Duel, all played via theirs own default Evalfiles
What I can say more,The Top 12 opening books are as 'BEAST' under these conditions!As we see any book player managed to defeat the new ProteusSF.exp And unfortunately where ProteusSF could not take even single 'win'Anyhow I think that this is quite normal, because Experience dev.Can be counted as new in chess, where strongest opening theory hasBeen improved since many years, who knows in next Duels we maySee the Experience file to be as Winner..but before I suggest harderWork, because success is no accident and comes via hard work!
More Details,No games lost on time, and just only 15 games as DoublesTo be honest, I've expected to be appeared slightly more Doubles...That means, under these cond. the engines are not so DoublishAnd in same time, not so Drawish, 90% can be still acceptable!Regarding the fastest wins, came mainly around in 30 movesFastest win comes by Feta book via C41 Philidor in 29 movesI mean, no BIG surprise that ProteusSF lost very fast as BlacksE.g according to strongest opening theory C41 is not so strong...Btw, you may know C41 in Balsa, Perfect books not allowed..Actually in all Top opening books, C41 is not allowed as well..Fastest win as Blacks by Andrenaline (in 44 moves via C50)E.g C50 Two Knights can be as critical opening for WhitesAnd as Blacks, only one win appeared (by Skynet's: Adrenaline)Meanwhile, current played Duel games are more stable, at leastNo buggy games recorded...stability is the most important...!!But on other hand, this is also true that,StockfishMZ (Eman.exp) seems to be stronger than ProteusSF..E.g without those 22 buggy games, Books vs StockfishMZ:The Elo difference is +19 Elo (in favor for Opening Books)Where Book vs ProteusSF, the Elo difference is +37 EloFor anyone missed, another proof, sure not same, but: ResultsWhat does it mean? probably Experts will explain better, right?And without any serious better idea.. just do not blame Me....Sure my work is not perfect (btw, what about yours?))...but,The way which I work...many many even did not start...Sure if you have better suggestion.I may use it in the next...But If not..please...thanks fin advance for understanding...
And without to not mention this I can not as well,Just 'UNBELIEVABLE' performance by many books, e.g::Feta, 1337, SCOLOPENDRA, Everest, Fauzi, Adrenaline...

As Final Words,Please do not take too seriously the current played resultsBe sure, these kind of tours are just for fun no more no less!And my target is not to 'show' that Experience files are weak!Personally I think that they are strong... and once more:In both recent Duels, the exp. files are played as withoutUsing any opening book...so nothing strange...as we knowUsually many engines suffer in case of no using any bookBtw, I run many other Duels too, where the Book lost: ResultsI hope you assume what I mean...if not...then simply sorry...)
