Some Details about the new Candidate Tournament 2021,As engines picked, e.g which are capable to use BIN booksActually rather than tour... it's a rating with min 400 gamesMostly of Top ranked are played 600+ games (per player)Tour's main target is to determine the best suitable engineAnd here are the most important factors, which are required:
1. Engine Strength (Higher better)2. Draw percentage (Lower better)3. Stability (without time forfeits...)

More Details,• The chess engines are manly BMI2 / all are played as NON-NNUE• Book Learning ON: for each player installed a separate book copy• As usual, (for less draw percentage): all are played via Contempt 40• Overall draw percentage (based on 3900 games) not so high: 77%• Current database has no any game lost on time...it seems all stable!
