05.07.2023:The tour resumed, but for short temporary time..and it's paused again!Well, via this update: a new book entered: Depth4_Deeds and franklyI expected much better performance because according to Deeds testsHis Depth4 exp managed to win many..but it seems under these cond.Depth4_Deeds book was not so lucky...or simply his used lines will beStronger on Deeds's hardware? what I can say more over this issue: SCCT is 'hard'..not so easy as it looks! but there is nothing impossible!And who knows? maybe next time Deeds newer lines will be Champ?But before, I suggest harder work...because 'success' is no accident!
25.06.2023:Via this update again only 1 (one) book entered:. and even as old-datedGoi 241222 performed really very good.. note also that via latest updateThe Top standings are slightly changed, sure the Leader (HCan) is same But LesChats is currently 2nd, where Cacho is 3rd and interesting that For the moment, we have 6 (six) books, which are belonging to 4rd rank! Btw, just I'd like to inform you also that the current tour is already paused.. Resuming date is unknown, because here, where I live is summer-time.. It's time for holiday... I need to take a good rest... see you later )
21.06.2023:Via latest update just only 1 (one) book is entered:..but very strong one!Yes, ChessBot (by Cevdet Sarı) managed to be ranked as currently 3rdPlus ChessBot book's overall draw-ratio is incredible very low..just 84%Sure I wonder too, who will manage to stop HcanFree...all public books!I mean it should not be so hard to overcome...ok, let's see in next days...
18.06.2023:Via current BIG update 12 (twelve) opening books are entered:..note that There are tons of words to say but no free time for all, exception CallmeXPlayed with Best Move ON, but in CS X tour played with Best Move OFFIn other words, it seems CallmeX is doing slightly better as Best Move ONBtw, since today: I lost my interest to be as frequent member in OutskirtsAs reason, due to Marco's new rule: it's not allowed sharing chess links...Including my site links too, strange but I respect..actually no BIG problem..And as usually, you can follow all my activities from current SedatChess!
17.06.2023:Via latest update 2 books entered: Texel is own book of Texel 1.08 engine Where the other one is M13.8, which is created by Mr. Mustafa CansevenAnd for anyone missed: Mustacanseven book created by Mr. Cevdet SarıBtw, via this update too, SkynetSCCT is managed to be as 3rd rank, nice!
16.06.2023: Via current update 6 strong books entered...and it's time to announce that, HCan HCan HCan is the 1st Champion, really an amazing performance!! Plus if we check more carefully...HCanFree's overall draw-ratio is just 86% In other words, I can't remember close stats to be produced by other book! Other serious fighters are Cacho (even old dated) + Leschats are 2nd rank Where Mustafacanseven 3rd, sure Agarta, SkynetSCCT etc.seems to be Another super strong opening books..ok, that's all for now..see you later )

As participants (due to no much free time),I plan to test only the Public opening books...

Meanwhile (regarding which NNUE chess engine/s to be used...)I played many new strength testings, using various NN engines etc.And I found that still Raubfish X48c3 SC seems to as one of best..!!E.g the other Top NN engines are produced close to 98%-99% draws...Even these statistics are based on 1 Core, Bullet plus Balsa openings That means also in case of deeper opening lines, Blitz, MP etc. then Maybe in 300-400 games...may appear a single win..SORRY... at leastVia Raubfish SC: the overall draw ratio is expecting to be much less...!!
By the way (I ran also some CTG book testings under Cutechess GUI):And I noticed that a few engines are already capable to use CTG books!E.g some of them are SugaR, PolyFish, CatroPoly and to be honestThis is just a great idea, future... and many thanks to the programmers!Anyhow, I think that there is a lot of work which needs to be done on it...E.g their CTG book code seems to be buggy...and to be more clear, After checking the played games...I seen that even the lost games moves are Used to play...normally it should not play... I mean if contains only lost games,E.g in this case, the engine must be out of using these kind of opening lines...
On other hand, (e.g testing/using CTG books under Fritz GUI)Let's say for chess engines such as Rybka 4.1 Stockfish 15.1 etc.Those openings, which are with less are than 25% win. percentages:Then the mentioned engines are out of using these kind of books...
In other words, what I am trying to tell you, at least:The lost games (with 0 or low win. percentage) should not be played!And let's hope that in the next new releases to be fixed...!)
