Breaking News (16.02.2025):Well, 2 (two) separate.. but very interesting competitions are organized! And as you may see too, in the 1st tour: some belonging even to 1980s,Where in 2nd tour: some are belonging to 1990s and just for comparingI included more newer, but special engines, otherwise hard to guess theirStrength. yes..now we've more data regarding improvements from past To present! What I can add more, during 1980s: strongest engines wereMinus plus 2000 Elo, during 1990s: the strongest engines were close to2500 Elo, nowadays (in 2025) many Top engines are 3700+, 3800+ EloPoints! But this is also true that in 2020-2023, there was serious jump inElo points, min 200 Elo points are recorded (via SF NNUE) but after that Period, the Elo improvements are almost dead! Perhaps 30-50 Elo points In Bullet..at least my recent 3800+ Elo tours indicates this! In other words,It's clear that almost all Top programmers have troubles to add much Elo Over 3800+ barrier, right? Btw, unfortunately some 'hopeless' guys often Blame my short openings such as they are drawish, hehe) but all of them Forget to mention that they're strong, better in quality and here is the point That they're not honest over..at least once they'd try to say theirs used linesAre weaker... but it seems they will never say the true.. and believe it or not, Many are not aware which opening is strong or which weak! On other hand,How much is that true? This is other question, but till 2020..not many wereBlaming my short openings and why?) Btw, who said that Unique openings Produce high-draw ratio?) See here please, minus plus 15% if still not clear, Not so bad idea to learn over..because reality is not as it looks! And here isThe proof..Yes..we've a lot of NN files, with winning data...but in same timeMany positions leads to draw too, and it's all right..better draw than to lose !)Actually there is nothing impossible.for this..regarding how to increase wins,I think that required newer and better techniques, sure I'm doing my best viaOpenings even with engines too and I wonder what about you? I mean that Do you try ever to improve your tours or chess engines e.g via strong lines?Who knows? maybe here is the true?) anyhow, fun is fun..it doesn't matter So much e.g running tours via 2000 Elo or tours with 3800 Elo participants..Ok..Friends that's all for now, thanks, congrats to all Authors! see you later )Meanwhile, for more detailed info about latest new competition: OpenChess
