New nonexistences, ρ=1

New non-existence result added in the table "ρ=1" (this also affects the table "ρ=2"; the corresponding lower bounds are marked with "!!"), see the reference [KV20]: if  the parameters (n,b,c) attend the correlation immunity bound (i.e. b≠c and n=3(b+c)/4), then either b/gcd(b,c) or c/gcd(b,c) must be divisible by 3, otherwise such c.r.c. does not exist.
