Errata
Send an e-mail for an errata report to errata@caamp.info with the page number, sentence line, the specific mistake, and the potential correction. As reports of errata are received, the corrections will be listed on this web page for the convenience of the readers.
Example of an errata report:
On page 999, line 7, the sentence "The quick brown fox the lazy dog." should read "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog."
Both the authors kindly thank-you the readers in advance for any updates, notices, and reports of errors and mistakes contained in the book.
